Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all lids, accessories, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
